Slice with a blade down the back of the head and so ever gently pull the skin forward. Tugging around the eyes to get the skin to release.
What happen to the mouth? I think that is the tongue sticking out?!
A slight eye lift and eye job. Any suggestions for enhancements?

Renate - It creeps me out too! Sometimes I feel the need to go and wade in the pool of creepiness every once in a while to deprogram myself from creating too much of the same thing. A form of strange therapy.

I like the look of the original eyes, so they will stay put.
