Pipe Dreams Vessel
I am currenty enrolled in an on-line Pipe Dreams Metal Smithing Class with Stephanie Lee.
Above is the fruits of my labor! The class was for a week and we have access to videos for several months.
I am a bit intimidated by micro torches, so I opted to by this tiny torch. Super easy to use and it puts out some pretty good heat! The only draw back is having to refill it more often because of the size, but I'm okay with that.
This is my first necklace I created with my pipe vessel. I have a couple more in the works.
I made this necklace a while back. Wasn't sure how I felt about it, so it stayed tucked away for a while. After making my pipe vessel and feeling pretty good about my creation, I pulled this one out for another look.

We spent seven wonderful days in Alaska, and met people from all over the world. The mountains are majestic and the natives were warm and friendly. We didn't see darkness for seven days and the average weather temp. was between 50-70. Depending what area you were in.
