Where on earth did the month of March go? I've been a little too layed back about blogging and hopefully I'm getting some mojo back. It's been a struggle, but I'm finally coming around!!
It takes patience and a lot of time away from the studio and blogging to get my so called muse back.
I think I have finally accepted mentally to being back in the work force and I've started to arrange my art world around that. I'm VERY slow in transitioning! Change is good, but not always easy. I REALLY enjoyed and became a little spoiled staying at home for several years after being let go from my designing job. At first it was the end of the world for me and then it became the best thing ever! I loved being there for the kids whenever they needed me and I'm still available with restrictions. The plus side was also being able to create anytime. I have no complaints because I have been really blessed with my life!
Anyway, this piece still needs a title and is a WIP.

I so know what you mean about blogging - it has been weeks since I posted and I just don't feel I have anything worthwhile to say...

Carla, I have been following your blog for a while, and am a real admirer of your work. I don't usually comment because of time (that whole 'full-time job' thing), but I wanted to tell you that. Also, I live in northern Kentucky and am a member of the NKU Print Club, which I think you are familiar with. I know you were involved with Tiger Lily Press. Anyway, I just wanted to say hi to a neighbor!
